We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Matsu.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
